Tameside SEND Family Support Workshop
During this workshop we would love to hear your views and thoughts on how we can improve the SEND and Neurodevelopmental Family Support offer for Tameside.
Over the last two years Tameside Local Area (NHS - ICB) have funded OKE (Our Kids Eyes) to deliver the Navigator Service to support parents on SEND Health pathways.
The service has evolved over the years and listened to families and professionals to ensure the right support is offered.
We want to hear from everyone who has used the Navigator Service over the last 2 years - what has worked well and what could be better?
This shared learning workshop will bring together parents carers and professionals to shape the future offer.
