Community health services help adults and children get well and stay well, either in their own home or other out-of-hospital settings close to home. They are a critical part of health and care, working closely with general practice and alongside hospitals.

This listening event will focus on your experiences as a user of community health services or as someone who works within the services. We will hear about the improvement programme from senior leaders and clinicians, hear from you what is working and what needs to be improved and agree key priorities for the improvement going forward.

An agenda will be sent to you shortly before the listening event. Light refreshments will be provided. If you are a patient, service user or volunteer we will reimburse your travel expenses.
