The SCW Improving Immunisation Uptake Team is pleased to offer free 40-minute Q&A support sessions for general practice staff, including both clinical and administrative teams. These quarterly sessions are designed to support practices in improving and sustaining childhood immunisation uptake. They provide a dedicated space to ask questions, discuss challenges, and gain practical advice on topics such as addressing vaccine hesitancy, responding to common parental queries, and reducing the number of unvaccinated children.

Those sessions will follow a Q&A format, with questions collected in advance as well as the opportunity to ask questions live during the session. The sessions are interactive, allowing you to explore real scenarios and learn from shared experiences, aiming to build confidence and support continuous improvement. They offer:

  • Flexible access – A range of dates and times to suit your availability
  • Inclusive attendance – Open to all clinical and administrative staff involved in childhood immunisations
  • Interactive discussion – Ask questions, explore challenges, and share learning in a supportive environment

Sessions are delivered on a quarterly basis, and you are welcome to attend as often as needed.
