4 Week Weight Loss: Fast Track small group programme
This 4-week weight loss programme is designed to kick-start your weight loss and help you re-establish beneficial habits around your diet and lifestyle. The objective is to lose weight in a way that is sustainable over the long term, without deprivation or feeling hungry - no more yo-you dieting - and in time for the festive season!
This programme is shorter than my normal 6-8 week programmes, to allow for the fact that things get busy in December: this means we'll focus on some additional strategies to accelerate weight loss, including intermittent fasting, meal timing and strategies to decrease blood sugar spikes. How much you take on board is up to you, but you will get the most from the programme by throwing yourself into it fully!
Price for the programme is £185 and places are limited, to allow for personalised support. It will all be conducted online, meaning it's accessible from anywhere.
Here's what's included:
- Five weekly interactive workshops* (via Zoom), covering different topics relevant to your health and weight loss journey. In addition, the small-group format will enable participants to discuss their own challenges and successes, ask questions and obtain some personalised coaching (don't worry if you can't make a session - recordings are provided!). Workshops are 1 hour.
- A flexible family-friendly menu plan, put together by qualified nutritionists, with delicious recipes for breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks (pick and choose what you want to eat, when). No calorie-counting, no faddy diets - recipes are simple and generally quick to prepare. We also cover how to adapt your own recipes and good choices when out and about.
- Membership of a private WhatsApp group, offering support and accountability during the programme. Being part of a group can make it much more fun than battling to lose weight on your own! Via the group, you will also have access to expert nutritional advice and tips from registered, MSc-qualified nutritional therapist and health coach, Nicky Denvir.
- Pre- and post programme Health & Energy Questionnaire and Body Stats analysis, to help you track your progress.
In addition to losing weight, previous participants have reported vastly improved energy, better sleep, fewer cravings and a much greater understanding of how to eat to support their body and manage their weight.
* workshops are scheduled for Monday evenings at 6pm, except for the last workshops, which will be 1pm. All sessions will be recorded, so that anyone who cannot make them can catch up during the week.
