About the Programme
This 6-week programme is designed to optimise hormone health, improve energy, mood, metabolism and body composition. Targeted specifically at ladies in their 40s, 50s and beyond, who are experiencing peri-menopause and menopause symptoms or simply want to ensure they are protecting their long-term health. If you are experiencing symptoms such as weight gain, disturbed sleep, hot flushes, poor memory/foggy brain, low energy or mood swings, this programme is for you! If you want to protect your bone health and heart health (both of which are at higher risk once oestrogen levels fall), you will also benefit from joining.
You will learn not just how to eat to balance your hormones and regain control of you life, but also what is happening in your body during peri-menopause and menopause and why you are experiencing the symptoms that you are. We will also cover sleep, stress, exercise and other lifestyle habits that can have a huge effect on how you feel and how your body responds to diet.
The group will be strictly limited to 10 participants, to allow for personalised support. It will all be conducted online on a bespoke platform, including weekly live webinars, making it accessible from anywhere.
Here's what's included:
- Six weekly interactive workshops (via Zoom), covering different topics relevant to your health and hormones. In addition, the small-group format will enable participants to discuss their own challenges and successes, ask questions and obtain some personalised coaching (don't worry if you can't make sessions - recordings are provided)
- A flexible family-friendly menu plan, put together by qualified nutritionists. The plan is based on nutrient-dense whole foods, whilst at the same time providing delicious meals and plenty of choice.
- Membership of a private online group, offering support and accountability during the programme. Menopause is not talked about enough and it can be very encouraging to be part of a supportive group and to realise that what you are going through is very common (but it doesn't have to be that way!). Via the group, you will also have access to expert nutritional advice and tips from registered, MSc-qualified nutritional therapist and health coach, Nicky Denvir.
- 1:1 call with Nicky to discuss the main issues you would like to address and to help you get the most out of the programme.
- A recommended supplement protocol to support your hormones and your body during the programme. This can be tailored to you if there are specific health issues that would be better supported by alternative supplements. Any supplements are optional but, if you do choose to buy them, you will receive 10% discount off RRP (and ongoing 10% discount on any subsequent supplements)
- Pre- and post programme Health & Energy Questionnaire and Body Stats analysis (weight, body measurements, BMI), to help you track your progress.

* Schedule of webinars (order of topics may change but below is a rough outline of what we will cover in the sessions)
Session 1: 1pm Monday 1st March - Introduction to each other and to the programme.
Session 2: 6pm Monday 8th March - changes in menopause; importance of balancing blood sugar; explanation of glycaemic load (GL) and low GL eating to lose weight, increase energy, improve sleep and decrease longer term risks of chronic disease.
Session 3: 6pm Monday 15th March - Phytoestrogens and detoxification
Session 4: 6pm Monday 22nd March - Sleep and stress reduction: importance and strategies to help
Session 5: 6pm Monday 29th March- Exercise, gut health and reducing toxic load
Session 6: 6pm Tuesday 6th April - wrap up and next steps.
