Saturday 5th September 2026 - (9.15 am tea) 9.30 am start-finish before 6pm

Participants often come to a constellations workshop because they feel constricted and limited by a particular issue and that they are looking for a possibility that provides them with more space and opportunity in their life. Applying the constellation method allows a client to move from their current problem to where the deeper invisible cause may lie which often leads them to a family member's unresolved issue in a prior generation. This completely unconscious repetition is motivated by a secret desire to heal the past in the present and In the constellation we begin to separate or connect different elements through a series of processes, so that in the end there is a place and space for all. Each constellation draws on the resources present within the group, yet individuals don't need any special skills apart from an open spirit to the process. Often at the end of the workshop participants say that they find the work significantly moving and frequently profound; that their hearts are open and that they feel connected to their lives in a new and deeper way.

Nicola Dunn is an experienced systemic psychotherapist and coach and has worked with clients for over 30 years. She specialises in Constellations Therapy & Coaching working with clients on their personal & business: relationships, health and creativity. She has a private practice in London and in addition consults, supervises and teaches constellations.

Venue & Directions: Violet Hill Studios, 6 Violet Hill, St John's Wood, London NW8 9EB.The nearest tube is St John's Wood (on the Jubilee Line) which is one stop north of Baker Street (which is on the Circle, Jubilee and Bakerloo Lines). The Centre is a 10 minute walk from St John's wood Underground. There is free parking in resident bays on Saturdays and Sundays.

We will be upstairs in the group room on the first floor .

Workshop Timings: Arrive for 9.15 am, we will start at 9.30 am and finish before 6.00pm.

Refreshments: Tea, coffee and biscuits are provided during breaks. There are excellent local cafe's and restaurants for lunch.

Fees for workshop: Issue Holder £185 | Representative £95

Terms: Issue-holders have a space to look at their issue using a systemic approach and participate in other constellations on the day. Representatives learn about their own life by participating in other's constellations.
