I’m Nico, a chef born in Napoli who now calls Amsterdam home, and I’ll be your guide through the beautiful world of traditional Italian pasta-making. From the very first moment, you’ll feel like part of the family. My workshops are all about warmth, laughter, and sharing good food — because pasta tastes even better when made together.

We’ll start by preparing delicate ravioli, filled with creamy ricotta and fresh spinach — a classic combination.
Then, we’ll make tagliatelle all’uovo, silky ribbons of egg pasta that we’ll serve with a comforting mushroom sauce — rich, earthy, and full of autumn flavor.

And of course, nessuna cena italiana è completa senza dolce!
We’ll finish with the beloved Tiramisù, learning how to make the real one — layered with espresso, mascarpone, and just a touch of Marsala.

Throughout the workshop, you’ll have plenty of time to chat with other pasta lovers, share stories, and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere.
We’ll end the evening gathered around the table for a beautiful dinner all together — like a big Italian family.
