This cancer awareness session will be run from 2pm to 3pm on Thursday 24th October by Cancer Focus NI

Did you know up to 50% of cancers can be prevented if you maintain a healthy lifestyle, have regular checks and use screening services?

This session will cover healthy living advice for you on:

Nutrition & physical activity

Weight management

Taking care in the sun

Smoking

Limiting alcohol intake

Taking care in the sun

Cancer screening

Self- examination

Pollutants

Additionally the session will look at testicular cancer particular.

At the end of the session there will be an opportunity for a Q/A.
