Join us on Saturday 29th July 2023 at Penyllan Farm, Marchweil for Wrexham’s BIGGEST motor show! We will be joined by a variety of different cars, bikes, buses and campervans! From classics to super-charged and thrilling motor displays too!

THIS IS THE APPLICATION FORM TO EXHIBIT YOUR VEHICLE AT NIGHTINGALES MOTORFEST 2023

Please note the following;

Entries for the motor vehicle display are for Saturday 29^th July only with entry from 7am - 9am. All entries must be on display in the designated field by 9am, after which you will be expected to park in the visitor carpark.

Space is limited and will be offered on a first come first served basis.

All entries are entirely at the discretion of the organisers entries need to be in by 12:00 on the 28th July. It is at the descension of the organiser if entries are excepted after this date.

Only the vehicle described on the pass will be allowed access. Vehicles accepted but not limited to are; Classic cars; Vintage Motorbikes; Retro Campervans; Vintage tractors; Supercars; military vehicles and Trucks.

Entry cost for exhibitors is a suggested donation to Nightingale House Hospice. 

ALL proceeds will go to Nightingale House Hospice.

Nightingale House Hospice provides specialist palliative care services for those with life-limiting illnesses. Our services are completely free-of-charge, to patients and their families across our catchment area stretching from Wrexham, Flintshire and East Denbighshire to Barmouth and the border towns including Oswestry and Whitchurch.
