Journeys of Sound, Fernhurst

Every 2 weeks I host a deeply relaxing sound bath always aligned with the astrology of the time. We use this energy to allow connection to nature and restore the biorythms our bodies are needing.  A spoken guided meditation, sound bath, closing song and warm tea.  This is a small intimate group and the room has amazing energy for you to feel safe, cosy and comfortable to receive.

If you have never experienced a sound bath before this is a great place to enjoy.

PLEASE BRING

Yoga mat, blanket, eye mask, water, pillow and whatever you want to make you comfly lying on the floor.
