Sound and Vision - an evening of tarot insight, astrology and sound journey

Sound and Vision is a unique event that has been sold out in London for 2 years and I am now thrilled to bring it to Cowdray Hall in Sussex.

Honouring the Quiet of Winter

As the year draws to a close and winter invites us to slow down, turn inward and become a little quieter, this is an evening to pause, reflect and reconnect.

We’ll gather in the gentle stillness of the season to acknowledge the year that has passed,  what it has brought, what it has taught us, and what we’re ready to leave behind.

The evening begins with astrological insight, as Nikki explores some of the planetary themes that have shaped 2026 and offers a glimpse into the energies unfolding as we move into the first part of 2027.

There will be an introduction to the simple, reflective language of tarot, followed by a personal card for each guest - a little piece of guidance to hold in mind as you move into the sound experience. Nikki will also offer a collective five-card reading, bringing the group together around the themes of this turning point in the year.

Then it’s time to settle in, with a warm drink before lying back and allowing the sounds of gongs, singing bowls, chimes and voice to create a deeply restorative sound bath.

A winter evening to breathe, listen, reflect and simply be,  honouring the quiet before the light begins to return.

No previous experience of astrology or tarot is needed. Just come as you are.

What to bring:

• Yoga mats, blankets, pillows provided but you may also like to bring your own. Wear comfy clothes
• Plenty of parking is available outside the hall.

Please contact Nikki for any health questions for the sound bath if you are concerned about anything. If you are in the 1st or 3rd trimester of pregnancy sound is not advised.  Also if you have a pacemaker or any metal in your body, please discuss with Nikki before booking.

If you are not sure about a certain condition please contact your healthcare practitioner.

£ 35 earlybird - £40 general

There will be no refunds for this event but you are welcome to gift your space to a friend.
