FIRST LIGHT - A Day of opening to Spirit

First Light: A Day of Opening to Spirit
A one-day gathering in London with Nikki Leader

There comes a moment on every spiritual path when we feel the call to go deeper, to sense more, trust more, and connect with the guidance that has always been walking beside us.

First Light is a day for that moment.

Together we'll lay the foundations every spiritual practice needs: grounding yourself deeply, understanding your energy field, and working with the chakras. You'll learn my method I have practiced for 30 years,  how to open safely and close down fully, so your connection feels steady rather than overwhelming. Then, in a gentle guided journey, you'll have the chance to meet or sense your own spirit guides. In the afternoon you will have the experience of tuning in and bringing messages through for another in the group.. A lovely day to explore your gifts and beginning a new practice for your journey.

We'll also explore simple ways to weave this into everyday life, so the light you find on the day stays with you long after.

Whether you're taking your first steps or returning to your practice with fresh intention, you'll be held in a warm, small group where every experience is welcome.

Warm drinks and healthy snacks will be provided. Bring your own lunch or there are may places you can go in Hammersmith as it is very close to the tube station.
