I’m so excited to be launching the very first Home Education Family Space to Breathe beneath the planetarium dome.

This isn’t a lesson.

It isn’t a workshop.

It’s an invitation to slow down together.

For one hour, we’ll step away from the busyness of everyday life. 

A chance for both children and adults to pause, breathe and reset their nervous systems together.

💫 £25 – 1 adult & 1 child
💫 Additional children – £12.50 each

If you’ve ever thought, “We all need to slow down a little,” this is your invitation.

I’d absolutely love to fill the dome with home educating families and create something really special together.

During this special family session you’ll enjoy:

✨ A mindful  experience using all five senses (chocolate will be used please advise allergies )

✨ Simple breathing and grounding techniques suitable for both children and adults

✨ Gentle reflection activities to help identify what makes you feel safe, calm and connected

✨ A relaxing guided shorter Space to Breathe journey beneath the stars

✨ A take-home North Star reminder that families can use again and again

This is not a lesson. It’s not therapy. It’s simply an opportunity to pause, connect, breathe and create a meaningful memory together.

Perfect for children aged 6+ and their parents, grandparents or carers. 
For children that will engage in the session and be able to sit comfortably for 20 mins under the dome  

Leave feeling calmer, more connected and with a simple tool you can return to whenever life feels a little stormy.

Because just like the North Star, some things are always there to guide us home.
