利用聲音頻率和振動的力量——藏式頌缽、水晶缽、鑼、海鼓和貝殼——每個療程都經過精心安排，以幫助身體放鬆、能量循環和心靈平靜。

每次課程都不盡相同。每月一次的聲療活動，開放給所有人－無需任何經驗。
