In the Chinese calendar, the Duan Wu( Dragon Boat) Festival signals a stirring in the natural world — insects awaken, roots deepen, and both the land and the body begin to strengthen their natural immunity.The Festival symbolises cleansing, protection, and renewal.

Traditionally regarded as a time of peak yang energy, this seasonal shift may leave body and mind feeling restless, unsettled, or on edge ，or out of in harmony.This specially designed sound healing session draws inspiration from the Five Elements, the Five Tones, and seasonal rhythms, using sound to gently support the body through transition.Through grounding, soothing frequencies and carefully guided vibration, we invite the body to soften, let go of heaviness, and return to steadiness, flow, and ease.
