What you can expect on the day
1. Please arrive at 09:45 am
2. Introduction and Welcome -10:00 am
3. 10:30 am to11:30 am -Introduction to Buddhism and meditation practice by -Alobhin Triratna Order Member
4 .Lunch Break - 12:30 -13:30 - Please bring vegetarian food to share.
5. 13:30 -14:00 - Body scan Meditation ( guided relaxation) lead by Nerissa
6. 14:00 -14:30 - Talk on Mindfulness
Tea Break - 14:30 to 14:50
7. 14:50 - 15:30 Further talk and meditation session
8.1530 till 16:00 - Q & A
