As part of celebrations all around the world in honour of International Scottish Gin Day, we’ll be having our own celebrations in the heart of Edinburgh. Already shaping up to be the BIGGEST celebration in the world of all things Scottish Gin, this is truly an event not to miss out on!
Held on the opening weekend of the world renowned Edinburgh Fringe Festival, in one of the capital city’s most cherished buildings, Mansfield Traquair, The Gin Fayre presents International Scottish Gin Day will showcase some of the finest gins from across the country, all under one beautiful roof!
Held on the opening weekend of the world renowned Edinburgh Fringe Festival, in one of the capital city’s most cherished buildings, Mansfield Traquair, The Gin Fayre presents International Scottish Gin Day will showcase some of the finest gins from across the country, all under one beautiful roof!
“Edinburgh’s Sistine Chapel” will be jam packed with different distilleries with samples for you to enjoy, cocktail masterclasses, a fully stocked bar and mouth-watering treats and snacks, it is the perfect opportunity to get your Fringe weekend off to a gin-tastic start.
On arrival, you’ll be given your very own Gin Handbook detailing all of the gins on offer, their perfect tonic and garnish pairing, plus a carefully curated gin cocktail, to get your day off to a flying start. Your ticket includes a welcome drink PLUS samples from the distilleries. Not only will you be able to try before you buy, you’ll be able to meet the distillers themselves and learn more about the spirit the world is going crazy for.
And of course, you’ll be able to stock up on gifts for friends, family or something just for you.
The Gin Fayre was awarded Gin Event of the Year 2018 at the Scottish Gin Awards.

For the very first time, The Gin Fayre is giving you the chance to learn the art of the cocktail. Hosted by our resident cocktail expert, you'll be guided through a step-by-step guide on how to build the perfect cocktail using ingredients you can find in your home!
