The Noire Halloween Rope Speed-Dating & Jam

This Halloween, come out to play, connect and discover what might be waiting at the other end of the rope. 👻

Before the Open Jam, from 7:30–8:30pm, we’ll kick off the evening with our Rope Speed-Dating & Introduction to Shibari. This guided session is a relaxed and playful way to learn some basic rope handling techniques while meeting potential rope partners.

You’ll have the opportunity to switch partners, try some simple techniques and explore different connections, whether you’re completely new to rope or already have experience. Come solo, with a partner, or with friends and see who you might meet.

Then, from 8:30pm, the ropes come out for our Halloween Open Jam & Play Party.

Expect an evening of connection, creativity, expression and unapologetic play, with the unique Noire vibe we’ve come to love. Dress up, dress down, get spooky, get creative, or simply come as you are.

• Your rope - rope can also be provided by the studio
• Toys, tools or gadgets you enjoy using
• BYOB, snacks and plenty of hydration
• Your favourite Halloween look, if you fancy dressing up!

Feel free to bring your toys, tools and gadgets to enhance your play. Just be mindful of others and keep all scenes considerate of our shared space.

👻 Dress to Express

Halloween is your excuse to have a little fun with it.

Sexy, spooky, playful, mysterious, comfortable, cosy or completely unexpected. Come in costume, come in black, come as your favourite creature, or simply come as you are.

🖤 Who Is It For?

POC-centred. Respectful allies welcome by invitation.

Singles, couples and groups of friends are all welcome.

Noire is dedicated to celebrating kink within the POC community by providing a safe, supportive and fun space of intimacy and connection where POC can play, explore and express themselves without judgement.

About Zuberi

Zuberi (he/him) draws from a rich mix of martial arts, tantra and shiatsu to shape his unique approach to rope.

Since discovering shibari/kinbaku in 2014, he has explored a wide range of styles, from the traditional teachings of Naka Akira to modern interpretations of Fred Hatt and many approaches in between. His curiosity and passion for growth keep him learning and excited to share what he discovers.

As a Black British shibari practitioner of African heritage, Zuberi is dedicated to creating sex-positive, body-positive spaces within the community, including the POC community, where everyone feels seen, respected and included.
