This course is suitable for beginners and intermediate users to sharpen their skills.

Learn from certified Ableton trainer Chris Cox aka DJ Frank Booker and gain the necessary skills to start your music production journey!

Classes are restricted to 10 participants. 

Registrations is required.
Suitable for 16 year olds and up.

Chris Cox aka Frank Booker, is a DJ, producer, music consultant, educator and Ableton Live Certified trainer based in Auckland, New Zealand.
Producing & performing under the alias, Frank Booker, he has released music on labels from Japan, United Kingdom, and America, and toured extensively throughout Europe, America and Australia. He has performed alongside the likes of Moodymann, DJ Harvey, Hunee, Gilles Peterson and was the DJ of choice at a private event for Prince in 2016 during his New Zealand tour.

An Ableton Live user since 2008, Chris has been Programme Leader in DJ & Electronic Music Production at the Music & Audio Institute of New Zealand (MAINZ) since 2014. He specialises in the areas of drum programming, sampling, live performance as well as mentoring for aspiring artists & producers.
