BUILD YOUR OWN FUZZ PEDAL AND TAKE IT HOME!
Big Muff, Fuzz Face, Fuzz Factory!
All of these a great pedals, but what if you could build your own and for cheap?
Learn how to build your own fuzz pedal in a comfortable environment.
FUZZ Pedal kits will be provided and you gain the necessary skills to create your own guitar pedals.
All participants will walk away with their OWN newly created FUZZ Pedals!
Brought to you in conjunction with Women About Sound.
Classes are restricted to 10 participants.
Registration/ticket is required.
Suitable for 16 year olds and up.
About Lora:
Lora Thompson is Head of Audio dept at SAE in Auckland. She has a wealth of industry
knowledge working as a sound engineer and tech. She has been the guitar tech of choice for
national and international artists such as Chelsea Wolfe and at festivals such as Homegrown.
In her time off plays with her band Empress and loves guitar pedal building.
She is also passionate about getting more women/non binary involved in music and
promoting equality in the music industry. She has been involved in many initiatives
including the NZ Women and Gender Diverse Music Industry group forum
