Arizona Nom Nom Noodles Festival
Sat Jan 27, 2024 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM MST
Centennial Plaza Park, 85381
Description
The 2nd annual Nom Nom Noodles Festival will be on Jan 27th at the Centennial Plaza Park in Peoria, AZ. Our goal is to show more than fair type of food and help small businesses grow. Our events are also a place for people to discover new foods and try new items.
Support over 12 local food businesses. You can try different noodles from various cultures such as pancit, expanding the footprint of globally inspired food festivals in Arizona. There will also be a curated marketplace with over 15 local businesses. Find unique retail goods, purchase anime merchandise, and discover new artists.
WHERE:
Centennial Plaza Park behind Peoria City Hall
9875 N 85th Ave Peoria, AZ 85345
WHEN: Saturday, January 27th // 11 AM - 5 PM
WHAT'S INCLUDED:
Tickets include free parking at the nearby garages, a cute food character sticker while supplies last, 20% off from Thai Chili 2go, exclusive coupons, and a curated noodles experience. This is a one stop shop to support local and try from a variety of food vendors and purchase anime merchandise. Children 12 and under are free. Refunds are available up until 8 days before the event.
Performances by API Dance Diversity from 2pm - 3:30pm (including traditional fan dance and lion dance, vocal performances, and modern dance performances)
Erhu performance from 4pm - 4:15pm (traditional Chinese instrument)
DETAILS:
For our second year, the event is outdoors. We will have local food businesses and menu prices range from $5 - $17. We will also have a curated anime marketplace with local artists. Boba, desserts, and other Asian dishes will be available too. Parking is free in in the parking lot. We highly encourage carpooling or rideshare. Feel free to cosplay!
All food and drink is sold separately. All of the local businesses will be collecting their own sales. They do not offset the event production costs. Most vendors will accept both cash and card. We do recommend bringing cash for this event and coming with a group of your friends and families to try a little bit from everywhere! Event times will be staggered to improve flow of the event. You can stay as long as you like and ticket times are only for how early you can arrive.
Early admission - Please arrive at 11am
General admission - Please arrive between 12:45pm and 3:00pm
Happy hour admission - Please arrive at 3:00pm and until the end of the event
Refunds are unavailable if you miss your admission time. If you need to switch tickets for a different admission time, you can email us at aznomnomnoodles@gmail.com and we will accommodate if tickets are not sold out online. General admission may have lines with a wait time from 30 to 45 minutes for popular food vendors. Other vendors may be as short as 15 minutes. If you come as a group, you can try from more vendors and create your own picnic. We suggest early admission or happy hour admission to avoid the lines. Happy hour admission is at a discounted price, but we do not guarantee all food and drink choices will be available from vendors. Near the end of the event, lines are the shortest with sometimes less than a 20 minute wait. Vendors may have some menu items that are limited and due to supply, may not carry every choice featured below during happy hour admission. There will be food available during the event for happy hour, but there may also be a couple vendors who may be sold out. You can purchase food to go.
Menu/vendors subject to change.
