One in four Americans has a disability. Designing your learning programs to be accessible from the very beginning makes learning better for EVERYONE.
Designing Accessible Learning provides a framework for thinking about how to help learners with disabilities learn in your online or in-person session. You will learn about Universal Design for Learning principles and how to maximize accessibility in your virtual learning programs. You will leave the session with a short list of steps to make your learning programs more accessible.
Design Accessible Learning is scheduled in October in honor of National Disability Employment Awareness Month, which pays tribute to the accomplishments of individuals with disabilities who make tremendous contributions to our workplaces and sector.
