We’re collaborating with Small Saalams to offer a fun, energy-releasing kids yoga class led by instructor Nadau — perfect for little ones to move, stretch, and reset 🧘🏽‍♀️🌈

Held in a beautiful, sunlit space right next door to our moms’ belly dance class — this class offers a great opportunity to let your child get moving in a safe, enriching environment while you take time for your own wellness.
You don’t have to be in the belly dance class to join — but if you are, this is the perfect babysitting-style option that keeps your child engaged, active, and happy!

Expect movement, music, breathing games, and lots of smiles.
