NAMCC is headed out for our 4th year of camping, alhamdulilah!
Join NAMCC Family Camping, Camp Theme this year is 'Alhamdulilah for Everything'
When: Friday, October 4th → Sunday, October 6th.

Ticket & Pricing
- $190 Tickets
- Family of 5 or more, receive 20% discount!
- Children 3 years old and younger are FREE
- 3 days and 2 nights of lodging
- All activities
- All meals
- Friday - dinner 6-7PM and to-go boxes as supplies last *note: camp gates close at 10PM*,
- Saturday - breakfast, lunch, dinner
- Sunday - breakfast
- Snacks throughout the day

Accommodations:
- Brother and Sister Bunk Style Dorms
- Bring your own pillows and blankets!

- BRING your OWN BOTTLES - No water bottles will be provided at camp

Limited Space [200 only]! ONLY registered campers will be permitted on site. Anyone who shows up without a ticket will be turned away because of limited space/accommodations. Please buy 1 ticket for every member of your family who is joining us -- include EACH campers name. Children 3 or under are free but must bunk in a parent's bed -- please let us know the child's name & age in the "Please share additional details" section of the form during checkout

Accommodations/Registration:
Question: What is the address of Camp Champions?
Address: 775 Camp Road Marble Falls, TX 78654 – Approximately 1.5 hour drive West of Austin
Question: When should I arrive?
Answer: Registration starts Friday, October 4, 2024, at 5PM. But it is preferred that you come between 5 - 6 to settle in, pray asr and have dinner from 6-7. Please DO NOT arrive later than 10PM – as check-in will be over and the camp gates close until Saturday morning. Dinner will begin at 6PM, so please arrive with enough time to enjoy your meal with friends and family. To-go dinner boxes will be available for pick up as supplies last.
Question: If I cannot make it on Friday, can I join on Saturday?
Answer: Yes, you can join on Saturday - will need to email camping@namcc.org. Note: No refund or adjustments for any late arrivals. Note: the volunteer staff will not check in guests after 10PM.
Question: Can I do onsite registration?
Answer: NO – absolutely no on site registration will be permitted. If you show up without a ticket, you will be asked to leave as accommodations are VERY limited.
Question: What is the checkout time?
Answer: The check-out time is 11AM on Sunday.
Question: May I know about the family accommodation?
Answer: There will be separate sleeping areas for brothers and sisters. Unfortunately, we will not be able to offer family accommodations because of larger dorm sizes.
Question: Why is the pricing for my 6 years old same as that of 12 years and above?
Answer: We have tried our best to get the best pricing with group discounts. Everyone will have the same accommodations, meals, snacks, drinks and activities. These prices are set to cover the entire cost of the camp and all meals and activities. The price is the same for all above 4 years old. Under 4 years old are FREE.
Question: Will I get to choose my cabin or bunk bed?
Answer: Cabins will be assigned as you buy tickets.
For example: Cabins will be first come, first serve. The bed of which you choose is a first come first serve basis. ALL dorms will be assigned at the point of purchase. Please make sure to follow the guidelines of males in males cabins and females in female cabins. We will be checking this upon arrival.
Question: Do I need to bring my own bed set?
Answer: A mattress will be provided in the cabin but bring your own blankets, pillow and sheets for hygiene reasons.
Question: Can I get a bunk bed for me and my family together?
Answer: NO. We are not offering family dorms or accommodations at this time. All male and female separated housing.
Question: Do I need to bring my own sleeping items – pillows, bed sheets?
Answer: YES, bring your own pillows, bed-sheets – Bunk Beds will be provided.
Question: What is the list of supplies I should bring with me to the campsite?
Answer: Bedding: Pillows, sheets, blankets. All your belongings which you may need for personal use such as a towel; Hygiene products, medicine(if you are taking any), clothes for swimming in the pool and lake, extra clothes, etc. Bring your own water bottle as the camp provided water refill stations throughout.
Note: it is recommended to bring bug spray for the cabin. You are staying out in nature after all 🙂
Question: Are there showers at the campsite?
Answer: Yes, there will be designated male and female bathhouses.
Question: Can I bring my pets to the campsite?
Answer: No, pets please. This includes horses.
Question: Is tent camping allowed?
Answer: No.
Question: Is babysitting provided?
Answer: No babysitting service is provided. There is a functional A/C community room called the Townhall if you’d like to use it to help care for family members. Please note: this building will be used for salah if weather modifies plans.
Activities and Meals:
Question: Are activities and food included in the price or do I need to pay extra?
Answer: Yes everything is included in the ticket price.
Question: What activities and games are scheduled during the camping trip?
Answer: Canoeing, Basketball, Volleyball, Bonfire, Halaqas, Jamaat Prayers, Swimming, etc.
Question: Are the meals Zabiha Hand Cut Halal?
Answer: Yes, all meals are halal.
Question: What if I have a dietary restriction?
Answer: We recommend bringing your own food if your dietary restrictions are very strict. Please note your food allergies upon registration to notify the camp.The camp can accommodate gluten free options and the kitchen is nut free. Food from home can be stored in the fridge and heated up in a microwave during meal times.
Question: What is the age limit for activities like canoeing and swimming?
Answer: No age limit for boating and swimming as long as accompanied by parents.
Question: Cancellation policy.
Answer: No refunds are available. Please note this is a camping trip event and not your typical everyday living quarters. Cabins do not have A/C units, but the weather in early October should be cool enough inshAllah. Bring bug spray for your own comfort.
