NAMCC 2025 Bazaar Booth Vendors
The Bazaar is a free and open event to the community. Vendor registration and payment is required.

This is the official Ticket Tailor registration and contract, where you can choose your booth and submit your official payment to reserve your space.
There are only 32 available booths for purchase. Booths will ONLY be confirmed with your Ticket Tailor Purchase. First Come, First Serve Basis. There will not be any onsite registration. 

Please do not share the Ticket Tailor link with anyone who has NOT filled out the Vendor Request Form. Please ask them to fill out the Vendor Interest Form and get their booth approved and I will send the link. ANY unapproved booths are subject to being removed from the vendor lineup without a refund.

Booth Fees: 

Booth Fees vary depending on the size and space of the booth. Most booths will be in the standard 8ftx8ft, and will start at a $100 fee. However, prime location & larger booth spaces will be charged at a higher price. Booth Selection and Payment will be emailed after this vendor form has been turned in and your booth has been approved. Each Vendor will have the ability to purchase their own booth size. First come, first serve. A $6.50 booking fee is applied to every booth. 

Additional Notes:

NAMCC will provide one black 2x6 foldable table and 2 chairs. If you need NAMCC to provide an extra 2x6 table, there will be an extra $50 charge. If you bring an extra 2x6 table of your own, there will be an extra $50 charge. Vendors will need to provide their own signage, table clothes, payment systems, clothing rack, etc. 1 clothing rack per vendor space permitted. Vendors must stay inside designated booth space. Vendor fee goes towards masjid operations and community events.
