NAMCC Kids Bazaar – Kid Vendor Registration

Join us for the NAMCC/Small Salams Kids Bazaar, a fun and educational marketplace created especially for young entrepreneurs!

Children will have the opportunity to set up their own vendor table, display their products, interact with customers, practice money management, and experience the excitement of running a small business.

The bazaar will take place on Saturday, August 1, after AsrSalah and will conclude before Maghrib Salah at NAMCC.

Who Can Participate?

Kid vendors must be between 6 and 17 years old. Children under age 13 must have a parent or guardian present throughout the event.

Children may sell handmade crafts, artwork, jewelry, baked goods, packaged snacks, books, toys, educational products, plants, and other approved family-friendly items.

Vendor Registration Includes

• One vendor table

• Two chairs

• An assigned vendor space

• Participation in the Kids Bazaar

• An opportunity to promote and sell approved products

Vendor Fee

$10 per vendor space

One registration may include one child or two children sharing the same business and table.

Important Information

• Space is limited and advance registration is required.

• All products must be appropriate for a family and masjid environment.

• Food products must be halal, individually packaged, and labeled with ingredients and allergens.

• Parents are responsible for supervising their children, money, products, and payment transactions.

• Vendors must bring their own tablecloth, signs, decorations, cash change, and payment supplies.

• Registration fees are nonrefundable unless the event is canceled by NAMCC.

• Completing the registration form does not guarantee approval if the proposed product does not meet event guidelines.

The organizing team may contact families for additional information before approving a vendor registration.
