This initiative is part of NAMCC commitment to the welfare of its community members. Inshallah this will be a series covering various mental health awareness topics for different segments of our community. 

This will be at least once a month program, scheduled every third Saturday of the month. If we have more than one session then it will be communicated.

Sister Mona us Gottman Level 1 trained and have worked with individuals, couples, and groups. She has gained experience helping couples with life cycle transitions, creating intimacy, and developing a deeper bond. She has provided support to individuals with depression, anxiety, identity, attachment, and confidence issues.
