We have secured an incredible celebrity guest speaker who is sure to inspire and uplift you. We are delighted to introduce you to the amazing Rev. Kate Bottley. You may recognise Rev. Kate from her appearances on Gogglebox and Songs of Praise or from her radio show on Radio 2 where she shares heartwarming stories about life, love, and modern spirituality.

Join us on September 25, 2024, at the luxurious Hardwick Hall Hotel in their Grand Marquee. You will be among 600 local ladies, friends, and colleagues, mingling and making new connections. We have arranged a delicious 3-course lunch with Prosecco on arrival, a fashion show, and a variety of interesting and beautiful stalls to browse. You will also hear from charities that NELD has supported using your donations over the past year. All proceeds from the event will go to the North East Ladies Day (NELD) charity, which supports other local North East charities and organisations.

This is an excellent opportunity to meet Rev. Kate and support a great cause simultaneously. Rev. Kate has an inspiring story to share with us. She started her career as a RE teacher in the early 90s and later became a deacon in 2008 and a priest in 2009. She has also balanced motherhood and priesthood with her newfound fame. We can't wait to hear more about her journey.
