The NCA Improvement Network Event

This is a place you can share skills, learning and experiences (good and bad), connect with others and celebrate successes together.

The Improvement Network Event is back! (previously QI Network)

We will be hosting our fifth Improvement Network event on Tuesday 1st July 2025 at Bury.

Missed the last one? No problem, we would love to see you!

Everybody is welcome to join us as we meet to share ideas about how to improve services and care.

What to expect on the day?

• Presentations from NCA colleagues sharing their QI and improvement stories, what went well and any lessons learnt

• Marketplace style gallery showcasing improvement work by colleagues across the NCA

• Networking opportunities with other colleagues

• Celebrations and awards for colleagues for their improvement work over the past 6 months

When and where?

Tuesday 1st July at Bury located in the Education Centre at Fairfield General Hospital.

How do I get involved and share my work on the day?

Places are limited to present on the day or showcase a poster in our gallery.
