Deepavali Kondattam 2023

Northern Tamil Association UK, is a charity organisation. Charity Reg No: 1130579 celebrating its 37th anniversary year (1986 - 2023) .  

Deepavali is a festival of lights, which is celebrated all across the globe by people from Indian sub-continent. In the Tamil calendar Deepavali falls on the month of Aipasi. Even though it is a Hindu festival, people from all religions join to celebrate the festivities of Deepavali. Traditionally, we at the Northern Tamil Association have always celebrated Deepavali with great pomp and flair. We take great pride in organising the Deepavali celebration for our community. We use this opportunity to give a great platform for our children and adults to exhibit their talents. NTA Deepavali generates a large amount of interest amongst our Tamil community and we have participants from nine different regions in the UK taking part in our cultural extravaganza as they compete for several prizes and the much coveted NTA championship trophy. Please join us this year for a cultural treat and a chance to meet new people, make friends and socialise!
