This festive season, create unforgettable memories with your loved ones at our Meet & Greet Santa’s Grotto experience! Your timeslot with Santa is totally exclusive to you and your family and allow up to 2 hours to enjoy the farm and all the activities.

✨ What’s Waiting for You:

🎅 Santa’s Grotto (included) – Arrive 30 minutes minimum before your slot. Step into Santa's cosy winter retreat and meet the man himself! Capture the magic with a photo and share your wish list with Santa.  Don't be surprised if Santa shares a story and has a lovely chat but rest assured that he’ll always make sure to hand your little ones a special Christmas present in person!

🛠️ Elves’ Workshop (included)  – Join the merry elves in their creative workshop where you can make your own festive crafts and create the perfect Christmas keepsake!

🐑 Meet Adorable Farm Animals (included) – Get up close with friendly farm animals in our stables – a treat for all ages!

🦌 Reindeer Food Kitchen (included)– Prepare some magical reindeer food that will guide Santa's sleigh to your home on Christmas Eve.  We will provide you with all the ingredients and a special food pouch with the poem you'll need to read out when you sprinkle the magical reindeer food in your own garden on Christmas Eve.

🎨 Fun Festive Art (included) – Unleash your creativity with holiday-themed arts and crafts to take home!

✉️ Letter to Santa (included) – Write a special letter to Santa and drop it in the magical letterbox. Will your wishes come true?

🍪 Large Gingerbread House Decorating (an optional extra and subject to availability) – Build and decorate your very own gingerbread house with icing to enjoy or take home!

🔥 Toasted Giant Marshmallows (optional extra) – Savor the taste of gooey, golden marshmallows toasted to perfection by your family over an open fire.

🚶‍♀️ Family Farm Walk (included) – Take a relaxing stroll and take in the lake views around the farm with the family and enjoy the beauty of the season. Enroute you are likely to encounter Alpacas, Swiss Valais Blacknose Sheep, Pygmy Goats, Silkie Chickens, Minature Donkeys, Guniea Pigs and Micro Pigs. You may even spot some of our resident wildlife including nesting buzzards, a peahen, two families of Indian Runner ducks and a pair of nesting herons.

🍔 Tasty Food & Beverages (optional extra see menu) – Warm up with hot treats, delicious snacks, and festive drinks. From hot chocolate to breakfast rolls and even burgers, there’s something for everyone!

This event will typically take around 2 hours (if you are also doing the farm walk, meeting the animals, grabbing a hot beverage and having a bite to eat) and you will need to check in at least 30 minutes before your time slot to ensure we have confirmed the exact time you and your family will meet Santa. To meet Santa, you can only access this through the elves workshop where you will be called when Santa is ready to meet your party. If you are in the middle of an activity when you are called, don't worry, we'll put all your workshop materials aside ready for you to continue after your visit to see Santa before making your way to the animals or going on your farm and lake walk.

Terms & Conditions

1) Please ensure you arrive at least 30 minutes before your chosen timeslot. If you miss your timeslot you will not be able to visit santa during your visit and please be aware that the ticket is non-refundable.

2) There is a maximum of 7 people (3 children meeting santa and receiving a present maximum) per timeslot. If your party extends to more than 7 people then please book two timeslots together.

3) If you are not ready for your chosen timeslot, then you will not be able to attend the "Meet Santa" experience as we will be fully booked and unable to provide flexibility. This is a non-refundable event and your attendance is conditional upon you being ready for your timeslot. 

4) Tickets are non-refundable but we would be happy to try to change your slot if you contact us at least 72 hours in advance. A change is not guaranteed though.

5) Anyone of the age of 14+ who does not wish to receive a Santa's present should purchase an Adult General Admission ticket. If nobody wishes to visit santa in your group, then please purchase an adult ticket general admission ticket for everyone over two years of age in your party.

6) Bookings must only be made by persons over the age of 17.

7) We reserve the right to cancel any event at any time.

8) We reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone at any time.

9) Any booking assumes you have fully agreed to the terms outlined on this page.

10) Northlands Farm has deep lakes and animals which may bite. You agree to supervise children at all times during your visit and ensure all members of your party have washed hands at one of our wash stations if you have touched any farm animal.
