Join the Baton of Hope Workplace Pledge Training; Creating Safer, Stronger Workplaces Together

Every year, over 6,000 people die by suicide in the UK. The Baton of Hope Workplace Pledge is a national movement calling on organisations to take meaningful action to prevent suicide and support mental wellbeing at work.

Facilitated by Public Health North Lincolnshire, this training is your opportunity to be part of that change.

Through this session, you’ll learn how to:

  • Recognise signs of mental distress in colleagues
  • Create a psychologically safer workplace
  • Tackle stigma around mental health and suicide
  • Promote open conversations and early intervention
  • Understand the three-tiered pledge framework and how your organisation can get involved

Every life matters. Every conversation counts.

Let’s make suicide prevention everyone’s business!
