In partnership with Rebecca Harding, Mental Health Officer at John Leggott College, Public Health North Lincolnshire are pleased to offer this session as part of Workforce Month and World Mental Health Day . Together, we are committed to supporting the health and wellbeing of our workforce and creating inclusive, supportive workplaces
Perimenopause and menopause can affect far more than periods and temperature. They can impact mental health, sleep, memory, concentration, confidence, relationships and working life.
Join us for an engaging and informative session exploring the menopause transition, common and lesser-known symptoms, mental wellbeing, treatment and support options, and how we can create more menopause-aware and supportive workplaces.
We’ll also consider how our understanding can help us better support colleagues, parents, carers and families across the Children’s Workforce.
Come along to:
- Understand the menopause transition
- Recognise the wider range of symptoms
- Explore menopause and mental wellbeing
- Challenge common myths and misconceptions
- Learn about support and treatment options
- Build confidence in having supportive conversations
