Grade K-2 Play-Bright Academy

Designed for early elementary students, this program teaches the fundamentals of basketball, soccer, volleyball, hockey, and racket sports in a fun, supportive setting. Kids explore movement through imagination games and cooperative activities that spark creativity and teamwork. All skills are taught with child-sized equipment and simple, easy-to-follow progressions. It’s the perfect introduction to sports for developing confidence and coordination.  Each participant gets a program T-shirt.

Dates: Thursdays from April 2-June 18 (11 Sessions)

Time: 3-4:30pm (1.5 hours)

Location: Gym 

Cost: $265+gst

Grade 3-5 Wild Child 

Most after-school programs build a specific skill — this one builds the child. In a technology-free, high-agency play environment, kids practice decision-making, resilience, leadership, and real-world social confidence. Through cooperative games, creative challenges, and guided risky play, they learn how to navigate uncertainty rather than avoid it. Grounded in research on independence and youth mental health, this is structured freedom with purpose. It’s not just another activity — it’s where kids grow stronger from the inside

Dates:  Fridays from April 10-June 12 (10 Sessions)

Time: 3-4:30 (1.5 hours)

Location: Gym/Outdoors
