Reconnect in Motherhood

Join us on the mat November 17th at the beautiful new Studio Flora & Co. 🤍

We’re creating a special evening just for NSL moms to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and enjoy some much-deserved YOU time.

🧘‍♀️ We’ll begin with Pilates. Rooted in the foundations of classical Pilates, Erika Opel with Pilates and Parenthood will guide us through a 45-minute, low-impact, full-body class focused on core strength, alignment, and breath. Expect intentional movements designed to strengthen, lengthen, and energize. All levels are welcome!

🌙 Then, it’s time to fully unwind. Sheri Mabry will lead us through a 30-minute Yoga Nidra session, an ancient yogic practice often referred to as “yogic sleep.” While resting comfortably in a reclined position, you’ll be gently guided into a deeply relaxed state, allowing your body and mind to slow down and recharge.

🥂 We’ll end the evening together with time to connect, unwind, and sip on refreshing, healthy mocktails

✨ Your ticket includes:
