Creativity of every sort requires risk, but engaging with that risk can give voice and form to our deepest needs and imaginings. No special conditions are required to create. We need not wait for inspiration to strike, or worry that creativity has abandoned us. This morning of exercises and other tools will: connect us with our inherent and inexhaustible creative source; quiet the inhibitions and doubts that derail our intentions to create; nurture trust and confidence in our spontaneous intuition; rekindle a playful, experimental approach for beginning new work.
