The Victorian Séance

By candlelight, in the heart of the museum, four guests will gather around the table for a séance conducted in the true Victorian tradition, led personally by Michele Liddle.

This is not a performance. It is a genuine attempt at spirit communication, using the methods and etiquette of the séance rooms of the 1800s, table tilting, spirit rapping, and guided contact, held within a space already steeped in its own paranormal history.

Because a séance of this nature depends entirely on intimacy and focus, we are limiting this experience to four guests only. There will be no other date this size before Halloween.

What to expect:

• A short introduction to the history and etiquette of the Victorian séance
• A traditional candlelit séance around the table, guided throughout by Michele
• Time afterwards to discuss and reflect on the experience with the group

This experience will not be repeated in this format before Halloween. Once the four places are gone, they are gone.

Parking available on Queen Street after 5pm - or Turner Street Car park just a short walk from the museum.
