This retreat will be held at Henbant Permaculture farm, a thriving ecosystem that produces real food whilst also building biodiversity, soil, income, resilience, and community.

We will guide you to find a place of balance within, so you can better show up for your life, your challenges, your people.

Please let us know when booking if you have any allergies, mobility challenges or other needs so we can plan to support you well during the day.

Meals will be lovingly created from local produce, including health boosting vegetable ferments. Food will be vegan and gluten free.
