Spotlight on Talent Management
Venue: Zoom
Date/Time: Thursday 14 December 2023, 14:00 - 15:00
There’s no mistaking the fact that local government continues to face significant financial pressures and with this comes the challenge of maximising resources. We know that our people are our most valuable resource and critical to our future success. So, how do we purposefully ensure that those individuals who can make a significant difference to organisational performance, either through their immediate contribution or by reaching their potential are identified, developed and deployed?
Join us in this session on Talent Management where we’ll be sharing the latest external research in this area, explore a case study of implementing Talent Management from scratch, as well as looking at what great HR capability looks like in this area.
