Overview
Following the success of our evidence and behavioural-based programme this year in supporting regional colleagues to approach HR and OD functions through an evidence and behavioural lens, we are delighted to be able to offer this programme again from April. To help us direct our focus within this area, Kevan Collier, Strategic Learning and OD Lead for North West Employers, will be facilitating a short webinar looking at how our individual and organisational habits can affect our behaviours and performance.
If you would like to learn more about how key behavioural principles affect our own, others and organisational behaviour, please join Kevan on the 28th of March to discuss the importance of developing productive individual and organisational habits. You can also explore our wider evidence and behavioural-based offer at Upcoming Events - NW Employers.
Webinar Objectives
- Discuss habit formation and their importance in behaviour.
- Explore the habit cycle and its key components.
- Consider how the habit cycle may be used to reduce bad habits and promote more productive ones.
- Discuss the principles of marginal and aggregated improvement to build sustainable habit change and improved outcomes on an individual and organisational level.
