Description
A Water Journey tells the story of an old man and a community of animals living freely and in harmony with nature until one day a big flood arrives.
With specially commissioned music, long-string wood-carved marionettes and animation, this original new production explores themes around displacement and the importance of friendship.

This is a String Theatre production recommended for ages 4+
The 11am performance is open to all ages, meaning those under the recommended age limit can attend. Tickets for under 2s are free, but must be booked. Audience members cannot take prams into the auditorium and under 2s will need to sit on an adult's lap. Prams can be left in our foyer.

Additional Access
The 2.30pm performance has the option for live audio description via a headset. Audience members can also attend a touch tour before the performance at 1.30pm. Both are free, but need to be pre-booked when you book your tickets at the checkout. Children must be accompanied during the touch tour; please book for everyone who will be in attendance.
This is a d/Deaf friendly show. The performance has no spoken text and will be complimented by a visualisation of the soundscape.
