MEET THE MAKER; Matt Gregory

Last October, he hosted some of the team in their 2025 harvest, and this summer we are returning the favour by welcoming him to NO;DC to share his process and taste through his wines. Join us for our @sheffwineweek event on June 24th with Matt Gregory, who's travelling all the way from his Leicestershire Wolds vineyard. Matt Gregory allows the grapes to find their own feet in his small-batch-unfined-wines, expressive of not just the time they were harvested, but the place they were grown. 

We’ve previously enjoyed pouring the likes of Little Sister and Hedgeline at Not Open. If you like an authentic wild ferment wine, and you’re intrigued to see how winemaking works local to Sheffield, this is the Wine Week event for you!
