Join us at NO;DC for a deliciously playful evening as our Wine Buyer (and Queen of Crisps) Rachel pours five exciting wines and serves them with their perfect crisp pairings. As we work through the line up Rachel will do what she does best and break down the elements of food and drink pairing, what makes some flavours trickier to pair than others & why the architecture of a crisp is more important than you think.
