At NO;DC we love a conversation about drinks almost as much as we love to drink them. 

Join us as we taste through eight drinks, a menu of four pairings designed to explore how flavours are created through fermentation in wine vs. being built from ingredients in cocktails. Our wine buyer Rachel has been working alongside Mack from Public to curate this delicious lineup of four NO;DC wines and four vermouth based cocktails, using gorgeous aromatised wines from Giulio Cocchi.
