Not Quite Light is based at Islington Mill in Salford.

The project explores the places in which we exist in the half-light of dawn and dusk through the media of photography, film, sound and text. There are a wide variety of NQL events, including a festival, exhibitons, performances, workshops, walks, talks and courses.
