Join us for the second of our morning wellness sessions as practitioner Paul Pryce leads a 45 minute Qi Gong session to ease us into our Sunday.

Qi Gong (pronounced 'chi gong') is a traditional Chinese practice, which uses the breath and slow deliberate movements to improve the flow of energy, health and well-being.

Free admission. No previous experience required. This is a small group workshop for up to 12 people.

What will happen during the session?

The session starts by allowing participants to greet each other and ask any questions. Paul will then discuss the meaning behind Qi Gong and its benefits, as well as how he was first introduced to the practice. This will be followed by a demonstration and participation in the practice of Qi Gong.

Please note: We know there will be a desire to debate and discuss within these workshops and we really do encourage participation, to the level you are comfortable with, to get the most out of these. In order for sessions to run smoothly and to time, we encourage all attendees post workshop to make their way to either the Space, Blend Café or our Conversation Corner to continue conversations and networking.
