Nottingham Hot Property 2026

Join us on Thursday 16th July for Nottingham Hot Property 2026 - Viva Musica!

This year is our 22nd anniversary of the show and to date we've raised over £450,000 for local children's charities.

This year’s show proudly supports Base51 an organisation dedicated to supporting young people across Nottingham. For over three decades, Base 51 has given young people aged 11-25 practical support for basic needs and accommodation as well as counselling, abuse support and help with training and employment.

Venue:
The concert will be held at Binks Yard, with their incredible outdoor performance stage with the largest outdoor screen in the East Midlands. There will also be food available to purchase during the evening, and the venue will be open during the day for pre-show drinks if you want to arrive early (not included in ticket price -  you are advised to book tables with the venue directly).

Timings:
Doors open at 5pm
Show will start PROMPTLY at 6.00pm, finishing at 10pm (venue will stay open until midnight with the outdoor area and bars remaining open during the night to carry on the celebrations).
Please be aware that these timings must be strictly adhered to, we advise you arrive in good time so you don't miss the first performance!

All tickets must be purchased though the online system - we are unable to issue invoices. 
You will need to show your ticket barcode on the night to obtain your entry wristband to the event. Please ensure you have the code on your smartphone, or a paper copy for each guest.

This is an over 18 event. If you're lucky enough to look under 21 you may be asked to show ID on the door.

Please note: We’ve included a small booking fee for your tickets, this helps cover the admin charges for the ticket and payment system so our charity doesn’t lose out. As a registered charity ourselves, we are unable to provide VAT receipts. We are unable to refund unused tickets.
