ALYS FOWLER - Author of Peatlands: A Journey Between Land and Water will talk to us about the secret, beguiling magic of Britain’s bogs. They are the air-conditioning units of the world – filtering water, preventing flooding, preserving history and providing habitat.
Peat-free growing is essential and Alys will help us think differently about we grow and produce food ourselves and on a commercial scale.
