Join us for an inspiring evening celebrating the amazing finalists and winners of the Proud to Care Awards 2026.

Your ticket includes:

• Entry to the awards evening

• Light Buffet Food

Table Information:

• Each table seats 10 guests comfortably.
• Please remember to factor in the finalist and their plus 1 when planning table arrangements (not tickets, as those are already allocated).
• Groups larger than 10 will be seated across more than one table. We’ll do our best to seat additional guests nearby, though this cannot be guaranteed.
• Please advise us of any accessibility requirements so these can be taken into account when planning the seating.

Drinks Pre-Order

• Guests may pre‑order drinks in advance of the event. This process involves providing us with the email addresses of guests, typically organised by table. This information is used solely for the purpose of managing the drinks pre‑order and will be securely destroyed after the event.
• Each table will be contacted directly with a pre‑order form, which should be completed and returned to the venue. Upon receipt, a payment link or invoice will be issued to allow the order to be settled in advance.
• Pre‑ordered drinks will be placed on the tables prior to guests entering the main event space.

Every penny from ticket sales goes directly back into the awards, helping us keep this celebration sustainable for years to come.

Please note that photography and videography will take place throughout the event, and captured content may be used for promotional purposes, including on social media platforms. Attendance at the event constitutes acceptance of this condition.
