Scotland is starting its journey to become a Good Food Nation “where people from every walk of life take pride and pleasure in, and benefit from, the food they produce, buy, cook, serve, and eat each day.”
The policy structures have been set in place, with National Food Plan published and Local Food Plans to follow. To realise these plans, we will need meaningful national and local action and collaboration. Whether you produce, catch, process, distribute, cook, serve, or just eat food – we all have a role to play.
Join us for a one-day conference to build the movement for a just, sustainable and tasty food system. Expect lots of opportunities to learn, reflect and work together throughout the day.
